ROUNDY Proposition No. 1 LEGISLATIVE SESSIONS Shall Sections 2 and 16 of Article VI of the State Constitution be amended to provide that a general session of the Legislature shall be held during odd-numbered odd-numbered years and. a budget session during even-numbered years; that no general session shall exceed sixty calendar cal-endar days and that no budget session shall exceed twenty calendar days. Proposition No. 4 ASSESSMENT OF AGRICULTURAL LAND Shall Section 3 of Article XIII of the State Constitution be amended to provide pro-vide that land used for agricultural purposes pur-poses may, as the Legislature prescribes, be assessed according to its value for' agricultural use without regard to the value it may have for other purposes.
