Show Millard County Chronicle DELTA THIRD WARD FRANCES Friday, Aug. 19th will be our Ward reunion with rides and games starting at 4 p.m. Dinner at 7 p.m. We are raising money for the new Seminary Bulding. Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Billings and children, Carol, David, Jean, Dawn, Mark and Rosann came to Utah June 1G. Cecil and children came to Delta with Mr. and Mrs. Teran Billings to spend the 17th. Cecil returned to ElPaso, Texas on the 18th, leaving his wife and children to visit in Idaho with her folks. They came to Delta Aug. 6 to visit the Ceroid Billings. George Billings? Bill-ings? accompanied them to ElPaso. Mr. and Mrs. Lew Meeham and grandson Lumar U-avett were on n trip to Canada and visited the Don T. Bishops. Mr. and Mrs. Don Tullis of Las Vegas spent a few days this week with the Don T. Bishops. Mr. and Mrs. Niel Forster have moved into the Veil Watts home on Center St. with little daughter, Cindy. We wish them much happiness happi-ness in their new undertaking. Mr. and Mrs. David L. Clark took children, Melody, Merri Lee and Crystal on a trip to Arizona, New Mexico. Visiting the Four Corneis area meant so much to them as Arlene and each of the 3 daughters daugh-ters were born in a different one ot the four slates. They plan to attend a family reunion re-union in Idaho, Aug. 20 Mr. ami Mrs. Martin l.udwig and children Sue Ann, Rosemary, Edna Gae, Karen and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Ludwig attended a family reunion reun-ion on the Dow side in Copperton, Utah. They all, including Sue Ann's fiance, Larry Globe attended the l.udwig reunion in Spring City. Mr, and Mrs. Charles Ahlslroni and children Richard, Alison, Ruth, Caul, Mark and LuJcan visited old neighbors on Center St. The Don T. Bishops, Glen Bunkers, R. C. Whickers. They had attended a family reunion in Kano.sh. They report re-port Steven is enjoying his mission in Canada and Delbert is working in Page, Arizona this summer. He has a scholarship to the U. of U. this fall. Mrs. Fern Mortensen and children, child-ren, Cheryl, Paul and Jill visiled all the Whickers, staying overnight at Mrs. Amanda Whicker's home. Mr. Ed Bunker visited at the home of Mr. and M,rs. Pete, (Madge) Hales and the Harrison Bunkers this past week. The Clarance Cowers' have sold their motel and moved to Nephi. We wish them well. Sunday evening, High Councilman Council-man Phill Nielson brought the program pro-gram to our ward. Ross Johnson and Merril Nielson spoke. Glen Nielson played a beautiful solo on piano. Merrill and Kay and 4 sons are leaving for Thailand, where he has duty with the Air Force. Mr. and Ma-s. Harold Taylor had their children home: Mr. and Mrs. Lyman (Ronda) Munford, Mr. and Mrs. Scott (Phyllis) Skidmore and LaRayne Taylor. Mr. and Mrs. Lathel Callister have had several of their children home during the week. Sheldon came with his daughter Karen and son Jon; Mr. and Mrs. Mark Bybee and children, Stan and Shiree; Mr. and Mrs. George Church and Margaret, Mar-garet, with Patricia and Elizabeth, hunted stones on Topaz Mt. Sheldon Shel-don returned to Ogden Thursday, taking Elizabeth with him. Friday, Robert and Saundra and sons, Troy and Shawn came to bring Elizabeth Eliza-beth home. Also, on Friday, Lyndon and Susan came from Provo and JoAnn and Douglas Miles, of Alta-month. Alta-month. They all celebrated in Oak City where Raymond and Jennie and children Lama, Joe and Shaun-na, Shaun-na, of Norman, Oklahoma, met l hem. Raymond is Seminary Supervisor Sup-ervisor for the Indians. Kent came from Cedar City. The special occasion oc-casion for this ge-together was because be-cause Newman is leaving for the Armed Services, and Raymond and family are returning to Oklahoma. We extend our sympathy to Mrs. Piatt Taylor and family in the sudden sud-den death of husband and father. Rayola is a member of our ward.
