I SOCJAL.J ilr- -II Questions and Answers II 1 1 www III tfimaaiiicmnrmfa-mmmmj June the traditional month of brides and roses sees many a "Miss" become a "Mrs." But no matter in what month of the year this happy event occurs, the new "Mrs." should ne sure to let her social security office in on the good news that is, if she has an account number card in her maiden name. A change of name requires a new social security card. It will carry the same number as she had before but will be issued in her new name. Failure to notify the Social Security Administration makes it difficult for the working bride to receive credit for earnings reported in her new name, even though the number num-ber is correct. Therefore, working girls, let your social security office know when you get married! Your local office at Provo will send to you the necessary form for the change of name, or you can get one from your social security representative re-presentative when he is in Delta on June 17, at the County Office Building Build-ing between the hours of 9:00 and 2:00.
