Sunday the Skinners Skin-ners with their guests went to Bountiful to visit with Mr. and Mrs. Roy Fage. John de St. Jeor, who recently underwent a major operation in the LDS hospital at Salt Lake City, is reported to be doing as well as can be expected, his many friends will be glad to learn. Mrs. de St. Jeor visited at the hospital with him on Sunday. Members of the Home Nursing Class of '41 met at the home of Mrs. Audrey Price Friday evening, where they enjoyed games, followed fol-lowed by delicious refreshments. Fourteen members were present. Assisting hostesses were Mrs. Nettie Phillips, Mrs. Ellen Dor-ton, Dor-ton, and Mrs. Ethel Ball. Mrs. Alice Stice attended a social of the Union Pacific Ladies' Auxiliary at the Hotel Utah in Salt Lake City Wednesday afternoon. after-noon. The payment will be 50 cents per hundredweight hundred-weight for cattle sold which grade good and choice and weigh I buu pounds or more pei ucu. Payment will be made on cattle sold May 19, 1945 and later. Ap. plications must be filed not later than 60 days after the sale. The feeder is required to own the cattle for at least 30 days and sell them to an authorized slaughterer at not less than the minimum stabilization price for. the State where sold.
