A softball game, an interesting musical program, a delicious steak supjier, and community singing around a bon-fire were features of the party. An important feature was the installation of the new officers for the coming year. State Street Lehi Hacking-Jeffery Wedding Hospital Notes Esther Gee, who underwent an operation for appendicitis at the hospital several days ago, was removed re-moved home last Friday. Mrs. Cassel Willes and baby were removed home from the hospital Friday. Mrs. Don Wagstaff who underwent under-went an operation for appendicitis was removed to her home in American Amer-ican Fork from the local hospital last Friday. Rulon Russon was removed to his home Wednesday from the hospital. He underwent a major operation last Week. Mrs. Marje Johnson, who received medical care in the local hospital for several days, was removed home last Thursday. Mrs. Wendell Skinner and baby son were taken home from the hospital, hos-pital, Tuesday. Mrs. Sarah Dorton is receiving medical care In the local hospital. She was admitted Sunday. Jack Welcker is in the local hospital hos-pital for medical treatment. He was admitted on Tuesday. Mrs. Boyd Dalton and baby were1 removed home from the hospital on Tuesday of this week. Mrs. Dick Holdaway and baby were removed from the hospital to their home on Thursday. During the week the following persons had their tonsils removed at the hospital: The son of Ms. and Mrs. Matt Wathen, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Aldie Smith, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Barnes and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Peterson. The marriage of Miss Maurine Hacking, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas William Hacking of Cedar Fort, to Elder Irvin W. Jeffery, son of Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Jeffery of Delta, was solemnized Wednesday, June 28, in the Salt Lake L. D. S. temple. The bride is a graduate of the Lehi high school and also of the Brigham Young university. At the university she was affiliated with and held the position of president in the LeDeja social unit and was a member of the Gamma Phi Omi-cron, Omi-cron, honorary sorority. The bridegroom Is a former student stu-dent of the Brigham Young university. uni-versity. He filled a mission to the Northwestern states. Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was held at the home of the bride's parents, and a reception was held at the Cedar Fort amuse ment hall. Three hundred guests called. I The bride wore an exquisite gown of white satin and lace made en train. Her tulle veil fell from' a halo headdress of seed pearls. Her bouquet was of bride's roses. Attending Attend-ing the bride were Miss Romania Meeks, maid of honor; Mrs. Arthur Peterson, attending matron; Miss Lola Hacking, Miss Pearl Jeffery, and Miss Elna Hacking, as bridesmaids. brides-maids. They all wore gowns of pastel pas-tel shaded chiffon and corsages of sweet peas. Elder Watkins was best man. Mrs. T. William Hacking, mother of the bride, was frocked in blue lace and Mrs. Irvin Jeffery, mother of the bridegroom, chose a peach colored gown. They both wore corsages cor-sages of roses. Mrs. Clarence Ault assisted by Mrs. Reed Balle, Mrs. Stanford Briggs and Mrs. Bert Karren presided pre-sided over the serving room which was attractively decorated in pink and blue, harmonizing with the hall decorations. The table was beautiful with roses. Small girls who assisted with the serving were Geraldine Ault, Reva Anderson, Bessie Bes-sie Hacking, Vernadine Welcker, Venna Hacking, Virginia Ault, Leah Hacking and Donna Ault. Mrs. Barnes A. Cook and Miss Vera Cook greeted the guests. A musical program was given during dur-ing the evening. Stanford Bingham was master of ceremonies. The program pro-gram consisted of solo, played on a musical saw; whistling solo by Fon E, Cook, tap dance by Lexia Fern Ault, , accompanied by Mrs. Victor Miller; two solos by Mrs. James E. Peterson, accompanied by Mrs. Wallace Wal-lace Anderson. After a visit to the Northwestern States, Canada and the Golden Gate Exposition at San Francisco, the couple will reside in Delta. A prenuptial affair which honored hon-ored the bride was a bridal shower given by Mrs. Clarence Ault, assisted assist-ed by Mrs. James E. Peterson, Miss Vera Cook, and Miss Lois Anderson. Ander-son. Larsen and two little daughters, Nancy and Ann Janet, who have been living! in Kansas City, Missouri, for somel time past, have been visiting here' with Mrs. Laxsen's parents, Mr. and ; Mrs. LeRoy Davis, and in Pleasant' Grove with Mr. Larsen's parents.) They left for the camp Monday MARRIAGE ANNOUNCED Announcement has been made of the marriage of Miss Neola Gwen McKnight, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glen McKnight of Minersville, and Mr. Joseph James Mastros, which took place in Salt Lake City July 5. The bride is a granddaughter of Mrs. Julia Vaughan of this city, and her mother was the former Ver-netta Ver-netta Vaughan of Lehi. The couple will make their home In Milford.
