Nine members from the Sunday School General Board were in attendance at-tendance as follows: Second Assist ant Superintendent, George D. Pyper, George H. Durham, Robert J. Judd, J. P. Goddard, Dr. Fredrick Fred-rick J. Pack, Horace H. Cummings, Inez Witbsck, Tessie Giauque and Leon Bennion. Stake Superintendent Armond Webb presided at all sessions. The opening song, "Gladly Meeting" was conducted by General Board Member. Mem-ber. Georse H. Durham. Patriarch A. J. Evans offered the opening prayer, following which the congre-1 gation sang, "I Stand All Amazed" I with Mr. Durham conducting. The match will be fired over a 50- foot range, in all positions. Teams which have slgnuiea weir intention of entering are Spanish Fork, Sprtagville, Lehi, Payson,' American Am-erican Fork. Goshen and Provo Am erican Legion Post and Union Pa cific club. Payson which annexed the contest last year with a score of 448 will be the defending cham pions. Besides the team match, for which a silver loving cup will be awarded by the Provo store, 10 individual in-dividual awards will be given to the men making the highest scores. The public is invited to witness the event. ' o LEHI DAIRY ASSOCIATION MEMBERS MEET Members of the Lehi Dairy association as-sociation met together Monday evening. eve-ning. Clyde Gillman,- Field Manager, Man-ager, and Alma Smoot, one of the employees of the plant at Salt Lake City,, were in attendance and gave instructive talks to members of the association. The main topic of discussion dis-cussion was. the feasibility of the local association distributing their own milk in Salt Lake 'City. 7. C. The Lehi High School Basketball bovs won the runner-up position in the state tournament finals Satur day evening, being defeated by Granite for the State Championship honors by a very narrow margin of two points, the final score ending 40-38 for Granite. iThis last game between the two final teams in the tournament was exceedingly close and one of the most exciting in the history of basketball, fans report.
