' Another interest is to encourage the recognition of "The War Dogs of Vietnam." Viet-nam." Over 4000 dogs served in Vietnam yet fewer than 200 returned home. At the end of the way these courageous canine soldiers were considered con-sidered equipment and were either euthanized or left behind with the South Vietnam soldiers to an uncertain future. The dog handlers wanted to bring them home but were denied. They long to honor their partners in war with memorials and commemo rative postaee stamps, Presently the U.S. government govern-ment has sadly denied their requests. Dr. Cunningham Cun-ningham encourages citizens citi-zens to write to their congressmen con-gressmen to gain recognition recogni-tion for "The Vietnam War Dogs." Dr. Cunningham's exhibit will be on display until the middle of April. Brochures and informa tion about his books and projects will be available, for viewers to pick up. This! exhibit is sponsored by the American Fork Library Board- and the American Fork Fine Arts Council. Recognition is also given to the Utah State Fine Arts Council and the National Endowment of the Arts for their participation. WMm EBOJEf MDEB n-7 n't-1 1-" M s i- . "i J M a u JL J taw !-..
