Health care services offered: Skilled nursing services: Horizon's skilled nurses provide pro-vide services 24 hours a day, seven day a week. They provide professional care plan development develop-ment and management health assessments, diabetic monitoring monitor-ing and instruction, blood sampling, sam-pling, IV and infusionline insertion, medication regimen education, catheter and colostomy care, pain management, manage-ment, wound care, parenteralenteral parenter-alenteral care, cardiac care and post hospitalizationsurgi-cal hospitalizationsurgi-cal care. Maternal-infant services: Horizon's skilled nurses can assist with lactation education, high risk pregnancy monitoring, monitor-ing, newborn care, hyperemesis and pre-natalpost partum care.
