Hemoglobin A1C Testing This test is for people with diabetes dia-betes and provides the average blood sugar level for the past three months. The test is done with a simple sim-ple finger stick blood sample and is offered the first Tuesday and third Thursday of every month from 2-4 p.m. in the library of American Fork Hospital. Caregivers Support Group To help individuals caring for loved ones at home with the support sup-port they need to get through difficult diffi-cult times, several home health care agencies in Utah County are sponsoring spon-soring a free caregivers support group conducted by a social worker and a registered nurse. Woahn receives Micron scholarship Micron Technology, Inc., has selected Jonathan David Woahn of Pleasant Grove as a Micron Science and Technology Scholar. As a Micron Scholar he will receive $15,000 to be used for education related expenses at the university of his choice as he pursues his undergraduate degree. Jonathan plans to further his education at BYU. Jonathan is a senior at Lone Peak High school, where he is on the high honor roll, a member of the National Honor Society, yearbook editor, and past member of the Lone Peak High School baseball team. Jonathan's interest in technology has motivated him to become proficient in the computer hardware industry. The program pro-gram gives young men and women the opportunity to delay entering active duty for up to one year.
