Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Francisconi of Focatello, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Howard B. Adamson of Alpine are parents of the prospective groom. Both the bride and groom completed the four-year LDS Seminary program and both graduated from high school. Shaun from American Fork High School and Yvonne from Pocaiello High School. LaNan attended Utah State University and Brigham Young University where she" will receive her B.A. degree in humanities. She recently served an LDS mission in Santiago, Chile. He attended Snow College and graduated from Brigham Young University in C.D.F.R. and elementary education. He fulfilled an LDS mission in the North Central States. Administration of the U.S. Department of Housing Hous-ing and Urban Development Develop-ment announced recently that under authority of the National Flood Insurance Insur-ance Act of 1963 (PL 90-448), 90-448), as amended, and the Flood Disaster Protection Protec-tion Act of 1973 (P.L. 93-234), 93-234), it will fund a detailed study of the flood hazard areas in the City of American Fork, Utah; City of Mapleton, Utah; and the Unincorporated Areas of Utah County, Utah. The study will be performed for the Federal Insurance Administration Ad-ministration by the Central Utah Projects Office, Bureau of Reclamation, Provo, Utah. The purpose of this study is to examine and evaluate the flood hazard areas in the community which are developed or which are likely to be developed and to determine flood evaluations for those areas. Flood evaluations will be used by the community to carry out the flood plan management objectives of the National Flood Insurance Program. They will also be used as the basis for determining the appropriate flood insurance premium rates applicable for new buildings and their contents, as well as determining the rates to be used for the second layer of insurance on existing buildings and contents. This announcement is intended to notify all interested persons of the commencement of this study so that they may have an opportunity to bring any relevant facts and technical data concerning local flood hazards to the attention of the Federal ance Administration for consideration in the course of this study. Such information should be furnished to the Chief Executive Officer of the community-county, for forwarding to FIA.
