Rampton who is Utan's gracious first lady, la-dy, will address the ten Miss American Fork contestants at a special meeting to be held at Hotel Utah Mondav. Anril 20. The meeting will climax an I eventful day for the contestants, their mothers and members of the Miss American Fork Pageant committee. Mayor andMrs.Neal Savage and Councilman Harold W. Anderson, general chairman of the Steel Days Celefrration, will be special guests. The group will meet at city hall at 9 a.m., journeying to Salt Lake City, where they will visit the LDS Church administration adminis-tration building at 10 a.m., tour attractions of interest and meet for luncheon at the Hotel Utah at 12 noon. A fashion show of new spring styles will be presented by ZCMI at 1 p.m. and the group will then adjourn to another room to hear the wife of Utah's chief executive discuss the role of women in today's world. Open Meeting Concerning Access Rood April 23 There will be a meeting for those interested concerning the access road which has been closed leading to the local rifle range and public lands above Pleasant Grove. The meeting will be held at the Pleasant Grov City Hall on Thursday, April 23 at 7:30 p.m. The public is invited. It is easy to be brave from a safe distance. Iff" OF I y 0' Students of Timp Chapter Teachers Present Recital The annual spring Student Recital Re-cital of the Tlmpanogos Chapter of the Utah Music Teachers Association As-sociation was held on Thursday, April 9 at the home of Mrs. Harvey Har-vey Rawlinson at 7:30 p.m. Mrs. Rawlinson has a lovely recital room in the lower level of her new home. Chapter Vice-President Mrs. Sharon de Paula '.zok charge and greeted the students andparents. Each student was given a flower to wear. Refreshments were served at the end of the program to the more than 70 students, parents par-ents and teachers who were in attendance. Two special numbers were presented on two pianos. One was a piano quartet which played "Rumba," composed of Scott Smith, Kim Smith, Bonita Pen-rod Pen-rod and Steven Nielson, students of Nelda Rawlinson. The other was a piano duet.
