Be it resolved by the Legislature Legisla-ture of the State of Utah, two-thirda of all members elected to each of the two houses voting in favor thereof: Section 1. It is proposed to amend Article VI, Section 9 of the Constitution of the State of Utah to read as follows: Section 9. The members of the Legislature shall receive such compensation, not exceeding ex-ceeding $500 a year for the legislative term and expenses as provided by law while actually actu-ally in session, and mileage as .provided . by law. - --.... . Section 2. The Secretary of State is directed to submit this proposed amendment to the electors of the state at the next general election in the manner provided by law. Section 3.
