The bride was lovely in a model of sheer alpaca with sweetheart neckline, fitted bod- MEET THE FEAGLERS John and Helen, who arrived from Gary, Indiana, August 14, now live at 320 Washington Drive Columbia Village, they hope, permanently. Mr. Feagler, an accountant for Carnegie Illinois Steel before coming to Utah, holds the same position with Columbia Steel Company. Here only two weeks when called on, Mrs. Feagler, efficient and poised, showed none of the wear and tear of getting settled in a new home. A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan and Tufts Col lege, Boston, she was a teacher of physical education previous to her marriage. She is a member of Kappa Delta, national sority. Her hobbles two children, John R. not quite three, and lovely elght-month-old Roxanne whose big blue eyes are captivating. captivat-ing. John R. is a neighborly person so his mother is plenty busy keeping track of him. Mrs. Feagler loves to ride and hopes to locate a saddle horse and resume a favorite pastime. John Feagler likes golf, plays t badminton and does enjoy a good book. He Is a member of the Masons. Both Mr. and Mrs J Feagler belong to the Methodist Church. 1 Weddings HANSEN-GRAFF Miss Virginia Hansen, daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. Mahlln Han sen, become the bride of Jay C. Graff in a ceremony solemnized In the Salt Lake temple last Friday Fri-day morning, October 8, by President Pres-ident Clifford E. Young. Attending the temple with the young couple were Mrs. Hansen, mother of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. George Graff, parents of the groom and Mrs. James M. Klrkham of Salt Lake City. On leaving the temple the newlyweds were honored with a wedding breakfast given by the groom's parents. Saturday evening a reception was given in Flrmage Hall honoring hon-oring Mr. and Mrs. Graff. The hall and the church foyer were beautifully decorated with marl-golds marl-golds and dahlia. In the receiving line were Mrs. Hansen, Carl Ohran, uncle of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. George Graff, LaMar Graff who acted as best man for his brother, the bride and groom, Miss Norlyene Ohran, maid of honor. Miss Ver-nls Ver-nls Hansen, Miss Beverly Graff, Miss Carina Gerber, Miss Betty Announcing! Wednesday is REMNANT DAY AT ice and full skirt. Her finger- tin veil of bride's illusion was caught to a crown of orange blossoms. The bridal bouquet was of redTpses. The maid of honor wore a black lace bodice with full white net skirt. The bride's maids wore pink and turquoise taffeta frocks and all had matching corsages of gardenias and yellow yel-low roses. Mrs. Hansen was attired in black taffeta and Mrs. Graff In black net. Both wore gardenias. With Rulon Nicholes as master of ceremonies a short program was given and the balance of the evening spent in dancing. WEDDING BUEHNER-EDWARDS In the little Colonial chapel of the Broadway Methodist Church In Olendale, Cal., Miss ' Betty Buehner became the bride of Leo T. Edwards A. M. 3c Saturday Satur-day morning October 2, at 11 a. m. with the Rev. G rover Ralston Rals-ton officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Pearl Buehner of Olendale and the groom is the son of Mrs. E. C. Devitt of American Fork. For her wedding the bride chose a postman blue dressmaker dress-maker suit with navy accessories and an orchid corsage. Miss Doris Holtz, bridesmaid, wore an aquamarine crepe suit with black J accessories, ner corsage was gardenias and roses. (Miss Holtz is the finacee of Lieutenant Frank M. Parker of American Fork.) DeVon Edwards was best man for his brother. Following the ceremony a reception re-ception was held at the home of the bride's mother. Among the guests were Mrs. E. C. Devitt, and Mrs. E. R. Dean of Salt Lake City, mother and -sister of the groom, who went to Olendale for the wedding. The bride and groom left immediately im-mediately for a short honeymoon at Big Bear Lake. Mr. Edwards is a graduate of the local high school and worked work-ed for Lockheed In Burbank, Cal. for two years previous to being called into the navy. His bride is a graduate of the Olendale high school and until her marriage mar-riage was employed at the Lockheed Lock-heed plant. For the present the young couple will make their home In San Diego.
