They report re-port the monument is an. impressive, sight, being fashioned in mammoth proportions from the mountain. All tunnels in the Black Hills highway leading to the memorial offer an excellent ex-cellent view of it. and Uie likenesses of America's great leaders dominate the landscape for miles around. At the time the party visited the monument, monu-ment, workmen were busy on the sculpture of Theodore Roosevelt, and were carrying on their drilling and WastliiK .from . . scaffolds 1 suspended over the rock.
