It's all about the monsters and great for Halloween fun. It seems that, for some strange reason, all the monsters have been invited to spend a weekend at The Shadows Mansion. The invitation sounded quite desperate, almost like a dem and. But upon arrival, no host is there to greet them, just the butler Grim, who doesn't have much to say except "Yesss" or "Follow." And then everyone starts disappearing! disap-pearing! The monsters dilemma is they'd rather by scaring folks than scared they'll be next to disappear -- they sing in the song "Disappearing." "Disappear-ing." The songs are catchy and fast moving, from the witch's song, "I Lo ve Bei ng a Witch," to Egor's song, "Why Am I So Weird?" Count Drac-ula Drac-ula and his estranged wife put up quite a fight in their song, "There You Go Again," while their children chil-dren sing a cool rap on "Parents Are a Whole Lot of Trouble." The Sh adow does finally appear, but youll have to see for yourself what happens. The script and music are written writ-ten by Jody Renstrom, co-owner of the Playhouse. "Shadowbrook Mansion" can be seen on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights at 7:30 p.m. through Oct. 29, with three additional addi-tional performances on Nov. 13, 14 and 16.
