CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - Flooding Flood-ing was caused in a neighboring ard due to a water hose being left on. TRAFFIC ACCIDENT - Two vehicles were traveling west on 700 South. The first stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of 500 West and 700 South. The second vehicle's driver said he did not see the stop sign and continued con-tinued ttirough the intersection without stopping. The second vehicle ve-hicle then strut k the first vehicle. Citations were given for a traffic offense and a driving offense. DISORDERLY CONDUCT - Two men were involved in a fight. One man was cited for disorderly conduct and lewdness. SUSPICION - Report of an individual in-dividual possibly impersonating an officer. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PROBLEM - A man was found with controlled substances and paraphernalia and was booked into the Utah County Jail. A second sec-ond man was found to have a warrant and was booked into jail. Offenses included possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, para-phernalia, obstructing justice and warrant service. FRAUD Active case involving a fraudulent check written from a closed account. INFORMATION REPORT - Possible e-mail harassment between be-tween ex-husband and ex-wife. FRAUD Credit cards were fraudulently obtained by an unknown un-known individual. Orem WARRANT ARREST - Of f icer Chris Watson stopped a car driven by 29-year-old Justin Wayne Dixon of Highland, for a traffic violation on June 19, in the area of 500 West 400 N. Dixon provided false information to hide the fact that he was driving on a suspended license and that he was wanted on two warrants of arrest, including one with a 5100,000 bail out of Salt Lake City for possession of drugs. Metham-phetarnine Metham-phetarnine was also found inside the car he was driving. Dixon was booked into the Utah County Jail. SUSPICIOUS PERSON - Of ficers responded to the Village on the Parkway Apartments at 1230 S. 1200 West on a report of two suspicious persons. They contacted 24-year-old Austin Pentecost of Orem, and 35-year-old Paul Martin of Provo. Neither man lived in the apartment complex com-plex and Pentecost was found to be wanted on a non-bailable warrant war-rant for destruction of jail property. proper-ty. The officers also arrested Paul Martin after he showed up with a tent and backpack that he had just stolen from near the railroad tracks that obviously belonged to a homeless person. Both men was booked into the Utah County Jail. Pleasant GroveLinden VANDALISMCRIMINAL MISCHIEF - Pleasant Grove police are seeking information after a rash of vandalism cases involving suspects in a vehicle armed with BB guns shooting out car windows Sunday and Monday nights. Capt. Cody Cul-limore Cul-limore of the Pleasant Grove police department said suspects shot out windows of at least 21 cars on the east side of Pleasant Grove and Lindon. Incomplete damage estimates of the broken windows are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, police said though the department has continued con-tinued to receive new calls from residents. Cullimore said police are looking for a burgundy-colored full-size Ford pickup truck in connection with the crimes. ASSAULT - As officers responded re-sponded to a report of an assault, a suspect fled on foot. Officers were unable to locate the suspect. sus-pect. ASSAULT An officer was dispatched dis-patched to an address in Lindon on the report of an assault. He arrived at the scene and met with the victim. The suspect was tracked down and was charged with simple assault and released on a citation. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY An unknown person unlawfully unlaw-fully entered a Pleasant Grove residence. A Glock 9 mm handgun and approximately $60 in change was stolen. Estimated value of the items is $560. Suspect information informa-tion available. Several related cases in Orem and American Fork. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY A cobalt vase, a cobalt moon vase and an amethyst egg were reported stolen from a Lindon residence. CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - Officers Of-ficers responded to the Pleasant Grove Junior High School on a report of a vehicle driving on the track. A vehicle was found driving south on 300 East. One male was arrested for criminal mischief and criminal trespass (school property). One male was arrested for criminal mischief, criminal trespass (school property) and an open container. Both were transported trans-ported to the Utah County Jail. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PROBLEM - While at a traffic accident, a witness in the area approached police and informed them that the driver of one of the vehicles has thrown something into the bushes on the side of the road. Officers located a marijuana mari-juana pipe in the bushes that the suspect admitted he put there. The suspect was arrested for paraphernalia. SUSPICIOUS - Officers . checked on a man in a public park after curfew that resulted in his arrest for possession of a controlled con-trolled substance and a valid warrant war-rant The man was later released on a citation after posting bail for the warrant. DUI - While on patrol in the area of 300 East State St. in Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove, police noticed a suspicious suspi-cious vehicle parked on the side of the street facing north near the corner of the intersection. Contact was made with the driver who was found to be impaired. The driver was arrested for driving driv-ing under the influence of drugs. DUI Officers responded on a call of a possible DUI driver. Contact Con-tact was made with the driver. He was not DUI, just tired. VEHICLE BURGLARY - An iPod, Dell laptop computer, Swiss army bag, etc. were reported stolen sto-len from a vehicle. Saratoga Springs VANDALISM -The owner of some heavy equipment in Saratoga Hills caught two juveniles ju-veniles shooting out the windshields wind-shields of his equipment with BB guns on June 12. Police arrested the young vandals.
