This will enable consumers and members of the insurance industry to go on-line to purchase services and products available from the department using a credit card. Currently one can purchase and Insurance Codebook and a Personal Per-sonal Injury Protection Relative Value Study through the Shopping Shop-ping Cart program. "But, as time goes by," reported Insurance Commissioner, Merwin Stewart, "more and more services and products will be added to the cart for people to purchase on-line. Some of the future services we will make accessible 24-hours a day are the ability to apply and pay fees for a new or renewal agent or agency insurance license; renew an insurance company license; li-cense; and,":he concluded, " purchase pur-chase a list of agents, agencies or companies." The site redesign and shopping cart functionality were created in partnership with eUtah, the official offi-cial electronic government portal for the State of Utah. The eUtah government technology initiative was created to develop the state home page and interactive services ser-vices for state and local government govern-ment agencies. "Every step we take towards accomplishing the Governor's e-commerce e-commerce goal," said Commissioner Commis-sioner Stewart, "brings us closer to accomplishing our goal of being be-ing the best insurance department depart-ment in the country in service and Tiffany Harward, Danielle Hebert, Mendith Jackman. "OK now, let's talk about space, " Goodspeed says, "Most trees need adequate root and crown space to grow and thrive. I've heard rumors that some of your trees are feeling a little claustrophobic. claustro-phobic. Most, large tree roots need room to grow and stretch, so avoid planting them next to the house, garage or in a tight planter." "Consider the height and width of a tree before deciding where to plant it. Be sure there is sufficient space for it to grow on the top and underneath the soil. A tree encircled en-circled by a driveway a and sidewalk side-walk has limited soil, and may struggle to obtain enough water, nutrients and support." Speaking of room, are you guilty of looping off the top of your trees when they get too tall? "Never top a tree! Be certain you know what you are doing before be-fore taking some loppers, pruners, or even worse - a chain saw into a tree," he cautions. "Remember, cutting a tree does not keep it from growing. Poor pruning damages dam-ages trees and can lead to decay and eventual death. |
