Show Orem-Geneva Times Thursday', May 9", 1968 Funeral Held For Alice Viola Judd Funeral services were conducted conduc-ted Saturday inRosemead, Calif., for Alice Viola Judd, 63, 271 S. Campus Drive, Orem, who died Wednesday, May 1, 1968, in the Salt Lake LDS Hospital following a heart attack. She was born Oct. 11, 1904, in Mesa, Ariz, a daughter of Robert Norman and Susan Vance Stapley. She married Paul R. Judd.Sept, 2, 1926, inSantaAna,Calif.Their . marriage was later solemnized in the Mesa, Ariz., LDS Temple. He died May 1, 1967. She received her early education educa-tion in Mesa, Ariz. She lived most of her married life in San Gabriel, Calif. She was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in the Relief Society, 'as president of the Primary, and an MIA teacher. Survivors include two sons, Robert P. Judd, Orem, and William Wil-liam P. Judd, Arcadia, Calif.; six grandchildren, and one brother bro-ther and six sisters, Robert Leon Stapley, Pay son, Ariz.; Mrs. Myrtle Brimhall,Mrs.IoneSiken, Mrs. Lorena Ball andMrs.Leola Luckett, all of Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. Delta Judd, Whittier, Calif., and Mrs. Vera Fletcher, Mesa, Ariz. i Burial was in the Valhalla Cemetery in California. Brian Park, 15, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold D. Park, is a member of Troop 184 of the Orem 16th Ward. His scoutmaster scout-master is Ronald L. Olcott. Brian Bri-an is a sophomore at Orem High School. Kenneth Wright, 13, is the son of Mr. and Glen A. Wright. He is a member of Troop 186 under scoutmaster Harry Croft. Robby Ledbetter, 13, son of Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Ledbetter, is a member of Troop 423 of the Orem 23rd Ward lead by Lt. Col. J. L. Walker. He is in the Kenneth Wright eighth grade at Lincoln Jr. High School. Steven Astle, 14, also is a member of the 23rd Ward Troop 423 and is a student at Lincoln Jr. High School. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. Quen Astle. How deep to fish? A contract will be signed by Orem City with the Strattons following fol-lowing the annexation covering the sale of one-half acre of property prop-erty for the site of the new golf club house. Efforts of several property owners who have purchased lots on 800 West between 1600 North and 2000 North were successful in having the Council agree to reimburse them for the cost of extending a water line on their street.
