Region Track Meet Set For Friday The Region IV track meet will by held Friday, May 12, at the BYU stadium starting at 12 noon. The top three in each event (except (ex-cept relays) regardless of division di-vision identification will be named nam-ed to participate in the state meet May 20. Second and Third places of each relay from Region 111 and Region IV will meet on May 16 at BYU stadium at 4 p.m. to determine one additional relay team for state in each relay event. Region Golf meet will be held at the Alpine Country Club at 1 p.m. Friday, May 12. Orem has already won Region Iv. Six teams will compete: four Alpine schools, plus Provo and Carlson, three will go to the state playoffs. The Tennis (Region) playoffs will be held In conjunction with the track meet.
