Hunn is at the St. Marks Hospital where he is undergoing treatment for acute diabetes. Mrs. Hunn and Francis have spent several days during the past week visiting him. A wish for a speedy recovery is extended extend-ed to Mr. Hunn. Wayne Lewis spent the weekend week-end at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Lewis. Wayne is attending the USAC in Logan. Out of town visitors during the week at the Oliver Hansen home were: Mr. and Mrs. William Wil-liam M. Hansen of St. Anthony, Idaho; Mr. and Mrs. Roy Perry of Lakeview, Oregon; and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Thompson of Pocatello, Idaho. Pauline Crandall entertained Coal Co. Phone 303 a group of her friends at a party Friday evening. Games were played and tasty refreshments were served. A large group enjoyed en-joyed the affair. The M-Men and Gleaner Girls fireside chat was held at the home of John Taylor Sunday evening. Fred Markham was the interesting speaker. The refreshment refresh-ment committee was Lorna Brake, Freddie Brown and Victor Vic-tor Hansen. The fireside committee commit-tee was Martha Brown and John Taylor. Under the direction of the Relief Re-lief Society a Sewing class vill be held, beginning March 8. The class will be held each afternoon during that week. Jenniev Poul-son, Poul-son, Home Demonstration Agent, will be the instructor. The ieat-ure ieat-ure will be basic patterns, and sewing for adults. Any women interested please contact one of the Relief Society presidency. Surprise visitors at the Joe Muhlestein home last week were Mr. and Mrs. Veral Hall of Ta-ber, Ta-ber, Alberta, Canada. Mrs. Hall is Mrs. Muhlestein's niece, and they hadn't seen each other for eight years. Madsen, Sr. gave a birthday dinner on Sunday honoring hon-oring her husband who celebrated celebrat-ed his 79th birthday on Monday. A turkey dinner was served to 40 descendants. A daughter, Mrs. Afton Stout telephoned greetings to her father from Berkeley, California. Lovely gifts and greetings were extended extend-ed to Mr. Madsen by his many friends. Mrs. Joy O. Clegg spent the weekend in Salt Lake City with her mother, Mrs. Franklin Griffin. Grif-fin. Mrs. Wesley Rawlings ' has been confined in the American Fork hospital. She is reported to be greatly improved. Miss Lawana Clegg is convalescing conval-escing at her home after being removed from the Utah Valley hospital where she was treated for a leg infection. The evening commenced com-menced with a delicious hot supper sup-per and was concluded with a program and dancing. In the afternoon af-ternoon about 165 children were entertained by the Primary officers of-ficers and teachers. They enjoyed enjoy-ed a hot lunch and a program. Many former ward members from Salt Lake City, Ogdon, Magna and other towns joined with other members to make the reunion a complete success. Miss Grace Gammon reigned as queen at the two-stake Rosette Ros-ette ball. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. N. Gammon. A cottage meeting was held at the 1 new home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sorensen on Friday evening. James Blake was in charge of the meeting. Ruth Clegg, Vineyard Prim ary president has turned in $100 gathered for the Primary hospital. The fund was donated by ward members. Relief Society meeting was held Tuesday afternon at the home of Mrs. Mabel Bunker. Mrs. Ella Hebertson gave the social science lesson. The train will be parked on the D and RGW track on Second West between Center street and Second Sec-ond South, according to officials of the Rededication .Week program. pro-gram.
