The Timpanogos ward Sunday Sun-day School officers and teachers held their regular meeting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Asay. Refreshments were served serv-ed to 22 following the business meeting. The Missionary class of the Timpanogos ward Sunday School held a skating party at the Tim p roller rink last week. Clif Asay was honored at a canyon party given by the missionary mis-sionary class of the Sunday School Wednesday evening. A gift was given Elder Asay as a farwell token before his departure depar-ture on a mission. Bruce Bliss, Ted Miller and Helen Woffin-den Woffin-den were in charge of arrangements arrange-ments for the evening. Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Asay entertained en-tertained a group of Timpanogos Timpano-gos ward K'igh Priests and their wives at their home Tuesday evening. Several of the High Priests of the ward will now be in the new Hill Crest ward-Bishop ward-Bishop Jameson of Hill Crest ward has acted as class leader in Timpanogos. An interesting quiz on Utah history was featured. fea-tured. Games were played and refreshments served. Mr. and Mrs. Lorin Millet drove to Farmington this week. Mrs. Millet's mother. Mrs. Nora Henry returned with them for a visit in Orem. Friends of Morris Bird will be interested to know that although al-though his illness necessitated a return to the hospital, he is reported re-ported to be improving grad ually. A history was given and the interesting lesson by Classleader Osso Ferguson. Refreshments were served. Mrs. William D. Lee will entertain en-tertain Edgemont Literary Club at her home Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Mrs. Tana Richards will give the book review. Relief Society will be held Tuesday at 2 o'clock in the Relief Re-lief Society rooms. Classleader Blanche Woodard will give the lesson for the visiting teachers. A social hour will be held with the executive officers in charge. All ladies of the ward are urged to attend this meeting. A youth ; leadership meeting was held Wednesday evening at the church. The Sunday School has prepared a fine Mothers' woman of the ward to attend, as Day program and invites every well as all other members of the families. Vertya Club To Entertain Mothers The Vertiya Club ladies will entertain their mothers at the Virginia Manor Friday evening. The Centennial theme will be followed and part of the evening will be spent hearing interesting reminiscences by the mothers present. Each mother will be given a gift.
