Featured speakers will include Dennis Peron, father of medical marijuana, Colorado Sheriff Bill ' Masters, Author of "Drug War Addiction - Notes from the Front Lines of America's No. 1 Policy Disaster," Dr. Ken Larsen, candidate candi-date 2nd Congressional District. Music performed by Jerry Bones. The Salt Lake City Million Marijuana March will start at "high noon, at the corner of South Temple and West Temple. Assemble near the water fountains foun-tains at Abravenel Hall at 11:30 a.m. The march will move east on South Temple to State Street, then turn north on State Street to the Capitol steps. There will be an open mike for free speech. Bring a sign, but no sticks,' and please do not bring any illegal substances. Plant a tree to celebrate Arbor Day Park City has recently been named a "Tree City USA" for the ninth consecutive year. In conjunction con-junction with this award Park City will hold its annual Arbor Day Celebration on Saturday, May 11. The community is encouraged and welcome to attend the event and help plant trees at the Coalition Plaza located at 901 Park Ave. Numerous trees will be planted due to matching grant money that was obtained from the Utah Community Forest Partnership. Planting will begin at 10 a.m., please bring work gloves and a shovel, and dress for the weather as planting will take "place rain or shine. The event is sponsored by Park City Municipal Corporation, the park City Parks Department and the Parks, Recreation and Beautification Advisory Board. Obituary : : Beulah Mary Cromien (Mowrey) Our beloved mother, grandmother, grand-mother, sister and dear friend was called to Heaven on Monday, April 29, 2002. Beulah was born in Bray, Ireland, to Bernerd and Lily Cromien on December 11, 1940. She raised her family in Texas where she was active in community commu-nity theater. Beulah brought her talents to Park City where she was a long-time resident. She was involved with the Egyptian Theater Company as an actress in several productions. She was best known and received wide acclaim for her portrayal of "Sister Mary Ignacious." She was also a volunteer for many organizations, organi-zations, including the National Alliance for the Mentally III (NAMI), assisted in the Park City Art Festivals, various film festivals, and the Eccles Center. Beulah enjoyed bridge, golf, and her family and friends. Mom is survived by two sons: Seart Linscomb of Houston, Texas, and Stephen (Robyn) Linscomb of Sandy, Utah; five grandchildren; Stevie, Kyler, Korby, Spencer and Braydon; brother, Victor (Mamie) Cromien and family from Greystone, Ireland; and many nieces and nephews. ' A memorial wake in celebration celebra-tion of Beulah's life will be held on Sunday, May 5, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Beulah's home. A visitation and viewing will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 6, with a Funeral Mass following at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, S.R. 224 and White Pine Canyon Road, Park City. Beulah was a devoted grandmother grand-mother to all of her grandchildren, grandchil-dren, especially her eldest grandson grand-son who has special needs. Mom V i V Beulah M.
