Livingston sentenced 15 individuals. Anthony Frederick Allor, 28, of Fonton, Mich., forfeited $200 bail on a charge of possession of marijuana when he failed to appear for sentencing. John Vince Schiro, 40, of Heber, pleaded not guilty to two charges, hit and run and driving with a revoked license. He was found guilty of the latter and the former was dismissed. He was fined $1,850, of which all but $300 was suspended, and sentenced to 180 , days in jail, 170 suspended. Don H. Wright, 37, of 2666 Red Pine Court, Park City, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. He was fined $650 and given a 90-day jail sentence, 88 suspended. He elected to complete 24 hours of community service in lieu of jail time, and must complete Valley Mental Health DUI classes. Sasha McLean Richter, 18, of 1680 D Iron Horse Loop 10, Park City, pleaded guilty to possession of alcohol and tobacco by a minor. Another charge of retail theft against her was dismissed. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 29 suspended and fined $250. If she completes eight hours of community service and attends a treatment program, the court will give her full credit on the fine. Ivor S. Mclvor, 33, of 2188 Sunrise Ct., Park City, pleaded guilty to allowing his dog to run at large. He was fined $25. David Marian, 32, of C4 to an amended charge of alcohol-related alcohol-related recklessness. He was fined $350, and sentenced to 60 days in jail, of which 59 are suspended. He must complete eight hours of community service and attend treatment classes with proof to the Court Mews Pinnacle Court Dr., Park City, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and theft of services. He was fined $600 and sentenced to 120 days in jail. He is also on 18 months good behavior probation with court and must pay $42.75 in restitution to Steeps. Marian must also refrain from Park City bars, and attend alcohol treatment with proof to the court. Richard B. Berlin, 30, of 6831 N. 2200 West, No. 12-R, Park City, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. Another charge of driving too fast for conditions against him was dismissed. He was fined $650, and given a 90-day jail sentence, of which 88 were suspended. He must complete 24 hours of community service and attend Valley Mental Health classes with proof to the court. Scott A. Beattie, 25, P.O. Box 681563, Park City, pleaded guilty court. Hoyt C. Allred, 33, of Ogden, was found guilty of failure to yield the right of way. He was fined $80. The court will dismiss a charge of no proof of insurance with said proof. Barry Johnson, 24, of 1530 Empire Ave., Park City, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license. He was fined $50; the court will hold the plea in abeyance for 90days. Karen Gilmartin, 42, of 2207 Comstock, Park City, pleaded guilty to allowing her dog to run at large. She was fined $25. Ronald A. Fowler, 32, of Salt Lake City, pleaded guilty to driving too fast for conditions. The court decided to dismiss a charge of no no-fault insurance against him if he can provide proof Of coverage at the time of the accident, and on the condition he attends defensive ' driving classes. He was fined $80, of which $60 will be credited with proof to the court. James Craig Cochran, 33, of 1476 Park Ave., Park City, was found guilty of : public intoxication. Another charge of interfering with a police officer against him was dismissed. He was given a 30-day suspended jail sentence and fined $350, of which all but $50 will be suspended provided he completes an alcohol education program with proof to the court. He was also given a 30-day 30-day stay during which time he must complete the balance of alcohol classes for an August 1992 conviction. , . Daniele L. Charbonneau, 45, of Suncreek Condos C-4, Park City, was found not guilty of simple assault. The court will hold a guilty plea in abeyance for six months during which time she is to have no contact with the victim, good behavior and no violations in the state of Utah. She must also attend counseling with proof. -. Gene Michael Burrow, 30, of 2200 Monitor Dr., No. 17-D, was -. sentenced Feb. 10 for violation of a January 1991 conviction of spouse abuse. He may have no violations of the law for one year. He will enter the St. Mary's home for men when he is released from the Salt Lake County Jail and must pay restitution of $147.50. No value was attached to the dispenser. A Main Street merchant reported a terroristic threat after a disagreement with a man over the removal of snow from his roof. The two put their shovels down and officers convinced them to cool off. Our favorite informant--a Feb. 11 a man passed out on a city bus and was dropped off at The Yarrow where he came to and arranged to have his friends pick him up. Hopeless romantics still need a permit..On Feb. 12 a Main Street merchant called to complain about two men selling long stem red roses door to door. When questioned the pair did not have a business permit A thorny issue in this town. In the "gimme shelter" category a man with his car .hood up in China Bridge was questioned by officers who were advised he was "taking advantage of the shelter to change his spark plugs." And China Bridge was also the scene for the frustration we all have known...On Feb. 13 officers were called to investigate a man yelling loudly. They arrived to discover he was "just angry because he couldn't find the car he had come to town inl" He was advised to go get a cup of coffee to decide how to proceed.
