The above described land will be sold in order to dispose of lands which because of location and other characteristics are difficult dif-ficult and uneconomical to manage. The sale is consistent with the Burerau's planning system and the public interest will be served by offering these lands for sale. The lands described are hereby segregated from appropriation ap-propriation under the public land laws, including the mining laws, pending disposition of this action. ac-tion. The appraised value as shown must be received by the Salt lake District Office at the date and time shown above. Payment may be made by the principal or duly qualified agent. Payment shall be by certified check, money order, bank draft or cashier's check made payable to the Department of the Interior, BLM. At the date of and prior to the sale of the lands, the Stichtings shall relinquish to the United States all interest and rights to the Merling D and Merling D No. 1 unpatented mining claims, UMC numbers 219406 and 219407, respectively. The terms and conditions applicable ap-plicable to the sale are: (1) The patent will contain a reservation tor ditches and canals and be subject to all valid existing rights including right of way U-45963 for a powerline in the name of Utah Power and Light Company. (2) All minerals will be reserved to the United States including the right of ingress or egress for mineral development.
