LEGAL NOTICE ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. 81-7A 81-7A AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMEN-DING ORDINANCE NO. 81-7, TO EXTEND THE TIME FRAME OF THE MORATORIUM ON TIMESHARE PROJECTS WHEREAS, Park City, Utah, passed Ordinance No. 81-7 on July 16, 1981, creating a moratorium to be placed on the conversion conver-sion to or the development of time share projects in any zone within the city of Park City, and, WHEREAS, the Intent of that moratorium was to allow the city time in which to put an ordinance in place covering time share projects, and, WHEREAS, although timely attention has been given to the creation of an ordinance, the final form and the timely publication of notices to residences must be met prior to placing the ordinance or-dinance in effect. LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Intention PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 15th day of December 1981, the Board of County Commissioners of Summit County, Utah, adopted a resolution declaring its intention in-tention to create a special improvement district to be known as Summit County, Utah Highland Estates Special Improvement District. It is the intention of the Board of County Commissioners to make Improvements within said Special Improvement District and to levy special taxes as provided in Chapter Chap-ter 17, Title 7, Utah Code Annotated, (1953), as amended, on the real estate lying within said District for the benefit of which such taxes are to be expended in the making of such improvements. Description of District The proposed Special Improvement District shall include all of plats "A" and "B" Highland Estates Subdivision, as filed with the office of the Summit County Recorder as of the date of this Notice of Intention. In-tention. Intended Improvements The improvements to be constructed within said Highland Estates Special Improvement District in general include the .following: T. Estimated Cost of Improvements The total cost of improvements im-provements In said proposed Special Improvement Im-provement District as estimated by the County Engineer is $450,000, of which the County will pay $.00, leaving a remainder of $450,000 which shall be paid by a special tax to be levied against the property which may be affected or specifically benefited by such Improvements. The property owners' portion of the total estimated cost of the improvements may be financed during the construction period by the use of interim warrants. The interest on said warrants will be assessed to the property owners. The estimated cost to be assessed against the properties within said District shall be assessed on a combination per lot-per lot-per area basis, such that 75 percent of the assessment shall be assessed on a lot basis and 25 percent on a square footage basis.
