On August 4, 1981, at the hour of 5:00 p.m. this Board of County Commissioners met in the County Building at Coalville, Utah, and held a public hearing at which time interested parties appeared to be heard. Section 6. Notice of intention in-tention to create said service ser-vice area was given by publication once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks at weekly intervals in The Newspaper, a newspaper of general circulation cir-culation in Summit County, Coun-ty, Utah. The notice was in substantially the following form: RESOLUTION TO ANNEX TERRITORY TO SUMMIT COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 6 The Board of County Commissioners of Summit County, Utah met in session at the meeting place of the Board in the County Building in Coalville, Utah, at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 1981. WHEREAS, upon this motion and pursuant to 17- 29, -,l ,et. ' seq.Utah Code Annotated 1953, as 'amen-ded, 'amen-ded, the Board of County Commissioners of Summit County is authorized to provide for the annexation of other areas to an existing County service area, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Summit County on June 30, 1981, voted in support of a Resolution to annex the property described herein to Summit County Service Area No. 6 to provide for road maintenance, main-tenance, including snow removal, for said area, and WHEREAS, a copy of said Resolution was filed with the Summit County Clerk within one month after af-ter said Resolution was passed. NOW, THEREFORE, Be It and It Is Hereby Resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Summit County, Utah. Section 1. The public health, convenience, and necessity require the boundaries of Summit County Service Area No. 6 to be expanded to include the following property: Recorded Plats: Summit ParkA-M2 Section 2. The area proposed to be annexed shall be included in and designated as Summit County Service Area No. 6. Section 3. The area shall be annexed for the purpose pur-pose of providing road maintenance, including snow removal, for the annexed an-nexed property. Section 4. A tax sufficient suf-ficient to pay for all such services which are furnished fur-nished on an extended basis will be annually levied upon all taxable property within such area. Section 5. On Tuesday, August 4, 1981, at 5:00 p.m. at the Summit County Courthouse, Coalville, Utah, the Board of County Commissioners of Summit County will meet and hold the public hearing at which time and place all interested persons may appear and protest, either orally or in writing, the annexation an-nexation of the proposed territory to Summit County Coun-ty Service Area No. 6 for the furnishing of the proposed services. Property Prop-erty owners or person, per-son, may file written protest with the Board of County Commissioners within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the hearing. ORDINANCE NO. 8-80A-5 AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 8-80A, AMENDING THE DEFINITION IN THE LAND MANAGEMENT CODE OF "HOME OCCUPATION." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PARK CITY: Section 1. Section Amended 1.5.37. Section 2. Amendment. This section shall read in it's entirety, as follows: 1.5.37 HOME OCCUPATION. OC-CUPATION. Any use conducted con-ducted and carried on entirely en-tirely within a dwelling by persons residing in the dwelling or by those persons per-sons at sites away from the dwelling, which use is clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the dwelling for dwelling purposes and does not change the character thereof. A home occupation oc-cupation shall not include the sale of commodities except those which are produced on the premises and shall not involve the use of any yard space or activity outside of the buildings not normally associated with residential residen-tial use. The use of mechanical equipment shall be limited to small tools whose use shall not generate noise, smoke, or odors perceptible beyond . the premises of the dwelling. Home occupation oc-cupation will not allow a resident, professional or otherwise, to use the dwelling for his general practice when that practice prac-tice is normally associated with some other zoning district. Home occupation will, however, allow the use of the dwelling by a physician, dentist, lawyer, clergyman, engineer or the like for consultation or emergency treatment. Consultation shall include the use of a dwelling to receive mail and maintain a telephone or automatic answering device related to the home occupation, but shall not allow frequent or constant visitation to the residence by clients to transact business. Home occupation oc-cupation shall include the care of fewer than three children other than members mem-bers of the family residing in the dwelling. In all cases, there shall be no advertising of said home occupation by window displays or signs, and no one outside of the immediate im-mediate family may be employed. Section 3. Effective Date: This ordinance shall take effect upon publication.
