Because the law required the Summit County Commissioners to change the boundary lines for the voting precincts this year there probably have been some errors in transferring names to the proper precincts. In order to avoid confusion on Election Day, and the possibility of you not being allowed to vote, check with the registration agent for your precinct to make sure you are properly registered. Metro will be operating on a demandresponse basis beginning Monday, Oct. 27 until it resumes service of the new '80'81 winter season's schedule on Monday, Nov. 24. This temporary interuption of service is necessary to complete the important task of winterizing the fleet in preparation for this year's ski season. The winter schedule will be printed in the paper for your convenience and also distributed widely within Park City. Thank you for your patronage and support during last year's operation. Chances are very good that the new Healthy Back program will help or completely solve your problems. Harold Buckner, newly-appointed Park West Recreation and Program Director, is a National Certified Healthy Back Instructor, and will be organizing the program which will be conducted at the Park West Clubhouse. The public is invited to attend the orientation session on Wednesday, Wed-nesday, Oct. 29, at 7 p.m., to learn about this exciting new health concept. Fees are minimal. Ski Fitness Class This class will make possible greater skiing enjoyment; as well as improved fitness. Classes will be held indoors at the Park West Resort Lodge on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m., beginning Monday, October 27. Interested In-terested parties should bring workout clothes and gym shoes. Community Clinic The Park City Community Clinic is a newly established family planning clinic. It offers pregnancy testing, contraceptive con-traceptive education and supplies, as well as education regarding the reproductive anatomy and physiology. There will be a clinic held on Wednesday, Oct. 29th. An appointment ap-pointment is required, and may be made by calling 649-5989. Clinic services include: physical exam, PAP test, pelvic exam, breast exam, blood pressure check, blood test, urine test and height and weight measurements. The cost of the services is on a sliding fee scale you pay according to your income and family size. The Park City Community Clinic is located at 1515 Park Ave. in the basement. Pay Now, or Pay Later The Park City Water Department will shut off water to users who are two or more months delinquent in paying their water bills. In order to get water reconnected there will be a charge of $25 in addition to the payment of the past due account. Adequate notice of water shut offs is provided each delinquent user. Water bills include a clearly marked notice of when service will be terminated unless payment is received, and homes and commercial establishments are posted with a warning of when the water will be shut off.
