Stan Picker Tom Sullivan AM $ uWtc Mo to i Mr. Connie Papineau What course of action do you think the United States should take in resolving the current crisis in which 62 Americans are being held hostage in the U.S. Embassy Em-bassy in Tehran, Iran? Stan Picker I don't think force is necessary right now, but if they continue refusing to release the Americans then more critical action is necessary like a forceful overtaking of Iranian oilfields. Owen Roberts Any expedient means to get the prisoners released should be utilized. If it requires sending the shah back to Iran, then I say do it. It's a touchy situation at best. Tom Sullivan I'm all for the safety of our hostages, so I think we should try negotiation first. If that fails we'll have to use some type of force. We can't let Iran walk over Us, if we do every other little nation will. Roberta Hamrne I think we should use diplomatic channels to solve the problem so that the safety of the hostages is assured. We should deport the shah not necessarily to Iran, but out of the U.S. so as to remove our involvement. Connie Papineau I don't know what to do, I just know what not to do and that's to fight it out in the streets. Karen O'Brien I would try diplomatic solutions first, but Carter needs to be more forceful for-ceful than he usually is in foreign affairs. I'd rather see the oil embargo delayed; armed conflict con-flict shouldn't be necessary. A. Owen Roberts Roberta Hamme If flv - . It. Over 150 people helped at the Carnival including Room Mothers, their helpers, the Sr. Citizens, the J.C.'s, J.C. Women and the Park City Pre-School. A special vote of thanks is due the many businesses who contributed raffle prizes, food or contributed to the overall success of this annual event. We hereby ask your cooperation co-operation in leaving the now existing space for meeting and activity rooms to be used by the community as a whole, especially the youth. We, the staff and Board of the Chamber of Commerce, wish to express our most sincere Thank You to the town of Park City for its overwhelming over-whelming support of the Chamber of Commerce. Of course, many of you were perhaps coerced with threats and worse by Park City's warring Dons, but as we all know, "All's Fair in Love and War," and whatever tactics those wonderful won-derful strong arm guys used Special, special thanks to those good sports who took positions as Park City Dons, and in some cases were willing to even be rubbed out before the big event Lloyd Stevens, Jody Bernolfo, Hal Taylor, Craig Badami, Rick' Prince, John Prince, Vick Ayers, Rob Morris, Bill McComb, Bob Wells, Merle Huseth & Bob Hutchins. Although only one Don could emerge victorious (Victor was Bob Wells) all the Dons mounted terrific campaigns and came out in support (a bit grudgingly perhaps) of Don Wells.
