Further increases in-creases will be based on merit. During that meeting the commissioners granted Olympus Stake of Salt Lake City a conditional use permit to operate and L.D.S. church recreational Camp near Kamas. Olympus Stake must meet five provisions as outlined by the Planning Commission : 1 ) secure satisfactory and permanent off-street winter parking for the camp, 2) secure maintanence and easement agreements ; 3) agree to maintanence sign-off of public roads so that the county is not responsible respon-sible for the upkeep of the camp's roads; 4) comply with sanitation standards for the area ; 5) obtain water through purchase, lease or spring development. Max Greenhalgh petitioned the commission to extend the Snyderville sewer trunkline to the Silver Creek area and Highland Estates. Greenhalgh and the commission com-mission will now draft a letter let-ter requesting FHA funding for the project. Service area no. 5, west of the Rockport Resevoir, was expanded by the commissioners com-missioners to include the Rockport Ranches area. Ray Southwick and Pat Smith, both of Bountiful, were appointed ap-pointed as new members of the service area's board of trustees. There are now seven trustee members. The commission also will set a public hearing to discuss expanding Service Area no. 6 to include Pine-brook Pine-brook 3 and 4, Park Ridge Estates, Park West Village, Park West Condos and Summit Park. Currently, the service area only maintains the roads at Pinebrook 1 and 2 New Store Material Things, a retail sales store for fabric and sewing accessories, was granted a conditional use permit by the Park City Planning Commission last Wednesday night.
