Box 2473, PARK City. Utah 84060 Park City residents Steve Florio and Dome Pratt were man1 i. Saturday. Officer Allen On Tar Park City police officer Jim "Al" Allen brought home honors for himself and the city Monday night at the police invitational target shooting competition held at the Target Master indoor range in Salt Lake City. The competitors accumulated ac-cumulated points in three categories: fast draw, combination com-bination obstacle and assault course, and night shooting. Officer Allen took first place in the combination event, securing points for both the highest score and the fastest time. The combination com-bination of points in all three phases gave him the number three slot in the overall individual in-dividual standings and a 2nd irvteam standings. It is interesting to note that Officer Allen was a one-man team, and managed a second place over eight other police departments with' "multiped-son teamsA I'sc6r&i enough points to secure that standing over the Salt Lake Sheriff's Office, for one, who has over 300 men to draw sharpshooters from. Allen used a .45 semi-petition, semi-petition, carving another notch in his gun handle for successful competition this year. Allen has at home nine certificates won for his shooting ability this year, and ; will now add the policeman's briefcase he was awarded Monday night to his winnings. .
