The Michigan-Utah Falcons suffered an 18-11 defeat in City Park Saturday despite a strong pitching performance by Tyler Stagg. Stagg gave up only four hits but early errors allowed the Kamas Valley team to score eight runs in the first inning. Subsequent errors accounted accoun-ted for most of the other scores. The Park City Reds defeated the Oakley Rangers 9-3 in a home contest. Greg Bair surrendered only three hits and Travis Bircumshaw broke the game open in the fourth with a three-run single. Greg King added a homerun. In action taking place in Kamas, the 7-11 Bears downed the Francis Dodgers and the Park City Corners fell to the other Kamas squad. Swimmers Go Under At Jackson Hole Meet The Park Citv Racquet Club swim team went down to defeat in Jackson Hole Saturday. The local swimmers, swim-mers, competing in only their second meet ever, lost to the Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Estates team by a 167-97 score. Despite the loss, three Park City racers were triple winners. Picking up where he left, and the individual medley, all in the 12-and-under class. Kim Kaynor posted wins in the 14-and-under backstroke and butterfly. She also took a first in the 16-and-under breastroke. The Racquet Club was dominant in the 14-and-under age group with Holly DeVries adding two more victories in that bracket.
