While most Post Offices are open every Saturday, here are the Post Offices with extended hours on Saturday and Dec. 17; Provo Main, 95 W. 100 South 8:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. Provo East Bay, 936 S. 250 East 8:45 a.m. to 3 p.m. Automated Postal Centers are located in the lobbies of 29 Utah Post Offices, making mak-ing mailing holiday packages convenient and 247. These self-service kiosks are easy to use and accept credit and debit cards. I Besides Post Offices, you can order holiday stamps and other stamps by phone at 1-800-STAMP-24 and from the USPS Web site at www. , usps.com. You can also order stamps by mail. Pick up a Stamps by Mail order form at your Post Office or from your letter carrier. I When preparing your package for mailing, use a strong, sturdy box with no writing on the outside. Package Pack-age the contents of your parcel tightly and securely; using newspaper, bubble wrap or other cushioning available at your Post Office. Remove batteries from toys and items. Package cookies, fruitcake, and food items in leak-proof containers or secure protective protec-tive wrapping. Write the destination des-tination address on a piece of paper and place it inside the package. I Seal your package with strong, reinforced packing tape.
