Aubrey Chamber of Commerce approves resolution on freeway access The Pleasant Grove-Iindon Area Chamber of Commerce Board of - Directors approved a resolution recently which lends the group's support to Pleasant Grove City in its efforts to get a freeway access. The access would benefit Lindon city also. Board Member Harley Jacobs read the resolution to the board, noting that anything which will help business in Pleasant Grove and Lindon should be supported. The resolution noted that Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove City is negotiating with the Utah State and Federal Transportation Trans-portation Authorities to establish a freeway on and off ramp on Interstate Inter-state 15. It also stated that the population popula-tion of Pleasant Grove and the contiguous con-tiguous areas are experiencing significant sig-nificant population growth and the state is already planning for major improvements of the rest stop areas ar-eas on 1-15 in the Pleasant Grove vicinity that would lend themselves to a new on and off ramp.
