Jr. High Halloween Carnival Proves Very Successful PTA-School Function The Annual Halloween Carnival Carn-ival was held at Pleasant Grove Jr. High School on Oct. 27. This event is s)onsored by the PTA as a money-making project. The party was very successful success-ful and well supplied, by the studentbody. In addition to the very popular sjKXik, alley, fortune for-tune telling and other favorite activities, two new events were added, much to the enjoyment of those who participated. A record album by the "Mamas "Ma-mas and Papas" was presented to Karen Green, who held the lucky ticket in the drawing. "Over 50 pumpkins were carved car-ved by many enthusiastic young people with judging taking place periodically during the evening. The final judging found JoLynn Allred, Larry Lindstrom and Robert Oostveen . taking first, second and third places.
