A day or two before the attack the child becomes hoarse. This is soon followed by a peculiar rough cough. Give Cham-berlaiu's Cham-berlaiu's cough remedy . freely as soon as the child becomes hoarse, or even after the rough cough appears, and it will dispel all symptoms of croup.
