Show Thursday; February 14, 2008 SPRINGVILLE HERALD Clear snow from mailboxes Snow removal in Springville Utah letter carriers are asking customers for some help in clearing a path to their mailboxes Letter carriers car-riers are doing their best to deliver mail, but recent snows have left many mailboxes mail-boxes and approaches to mailboxes buried, making it difficult for letter carriers to make deliveries safely. Unsafe conditions such as un-shoveled snow, icy sidewalks, side-walks, or large amounts of snow blocking mailboxes can delay or even prevent mail delivery. Postal customers who receive door mail delivery should ensure their side walks, steps and access ways are kept safely clear of snow and ice. Customers Custom-ers receiving street-side mailbox or centralized neighborhood mailbox delivery de-livery should also pay special spe-cial attention to having a safe and clear pathway to their mailbox. If access is not safe, mailboxes are blocked and streets are impassable, letter let-ter carriers must consider personal safety with the possibility of curtailing delivery. de-livery. The U.S. Postal Service greatly appreciates your support. ;MmJ,.l The Pet Dish gs Dr. Harold David D.V.M. Mt.
