Show Thursday, September 29, 2005 SPRINGVILLE HERALD 15 Obituaries Ethel Margaret Persons Blythe Ethel Blythe, 90, formerly of Batavia, New York, died peacefully on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2005 in Spanish Fork, Utah. She was born September 13, 1915 in Chautauqua County, Coun-ty, New York, the daughter of Ellis and Nellie Persons. Ethel lived most of her life in Batavia, New York. She joined her daughter, Naomi B. Sumsion, in Springville, Utah in 2000. She worked hard all of her life and held many jobs; she worked over 25 years and enjoyed traveling. travel-ing. She had a great love for birds and for animals of all kinds, but she especially loved dogs. She enjoyed being be-ing with children and young people. She was always cheerful and loving, and her Public Notice Request for ilSI Ethel Margaret Persons Blythe family will miss her. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Naomi B. and Robert J. Sumsion Sum-sion of Springville, and her grandchildren: Sue S. Davis (Sheldon) of Orem, Bill Sumsion Sum-sion (Lynette) of Springville, Bob Sumsion (Rochelle) of American Fork; and 12 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind many special spe-cial friends in Batavia, New York, including the O'Briens. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; a sister; and her husbands: George Bussing, Ernest Hawkins and Charles Blythe. A memorial service was held at Wheeler Mortuary in Springville on Tuesday, Sept. 27. Burial was in tne Springville Evergreen Cemetery. Ceme-tery. Condolences may be sent to www.wheeIermortuary.com. Proposals Construction ManagerGeneral Contractor The Board of Education of Nebo School District Salem Hills High School The Board of Education Edu-cation for the Nebo School District is accepting ac-cepting sealed proposals pro-posals from qualified quali-fied Construction Contractor companies com-panies ("CM") for the construction of the new Salem Hills High School. The school will be constructed con-structed from a new design of approximately approxi-mately 251,000 square feet on an approximately ap-proximately fifty (50) acre site located at the southwest corner cor-ner of 250 North Main Street in Salem, Utah. Proposal documents docu-ments will be available avail-able at the Nebo School District office of-fice (350 South Main, Spanish Fork, Utah); or at the office of-fice of the Architect, MHTN Architects, Inc. (420 East South Temple, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, Utah), on September 22, 2005. A deposit of $150.00 per proposal pro-posal document package is required. The deposit will be refunded upon submission sub-mission of the sealed proposal and return of the proposal document docu-ment package.
