The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the City Recorder, 50 South Main Street, Springville, Spring-ville, Utah. The City Council may grant the petition and the City may annex (he area described in the petition peti-tion unless a written protest is filed with the Utah County Local Boundary Commission and a copy of the protest delivered to the City Recorder.
