Show Questionaires being studied by city planners Springville Planning Commission, in its last meeting, made a decision to use their meeting on the fourth Tuesday : of each month strictly as a study session while the second Tuesday will be used to conduct public business. The Commission reviewed with Gene Carr some sample copies of previous questionaires conducted by A. P. Associates with other cities and counties. It was decided to use the question in the Clinton City questionaire with some modification, plus some questions from other surveys as well. A sample questionaire which will be delivered to Springville residents was scheduled to be ready for review by the next meeting (February 9). Mr. Carr also suggested that it would be helpful to divide the city into neighborhoods neigh-borhoods or districts in order to determine the issues of concern and where they originate. In Tuesday night's meeting, the Commission lso planned a continuation con-tinuation of the development of committees com-mittees and subcommittees sub-committees for the City Master Plan of the west fields and update of the comprehensive plan. 1 February 18. 1982 - The Springville Herald - Page Three Deadline neors for citizen of month We are coming down to the wire for nominating individuals for this month's Citizen of the Month award and the response has been rewarding.
