She was born February 19, 1895 at Springville the daughter . of Jonah Thomas and Rachel Crump Phillips. She was married to William Bird April 26, 1916 in the Salt Lake L.D.S. Temple. Mr. Bird died Jan. 15, 1971. Mrs. Bird was active in the Auxiliary organizations of the L.D.S. Church and was a member of the D.U.P. She is a former Pleasant Grove resident. She was born Sept. 30, 1902, in Lindon, to Ezera F. and Anna Swensen Walker. She married George Lovell June 19, 1926, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died in 1949.' She later married Don L. Anderson May 24, 1951 in the Manti LDS Temple. She is survived by her husband, of Oak City; two sons and a daughter, Floyd C. Lovell, Sandy, Glen Lovell, Mrs. Delbert (Berniece) Harding, both of Tooele; three stepsons and two stepdaughters, Nephi Anderson, Burley, Idaho; Don Anderson, Jr., Gunnison; LaVern Anderson, Mrs. Glen (Maurine) Widdison, both of Willard; Mrs. Ken (Colleen) Wilkersen, Neola; eight grandchildren; grand-children; a brother and sister, Paul K. He was born June 17, 1913 in Payson, the son of George Truman Pickering and Lola Wright Pickering. He married Lucy Lodica Spencer Pickering in March of 1932 in Provo, Utah. He was a member of the LDS Church, and was' retired from Geneva Steel where he worked as a rigger. He had also worked in the Eureka Mines, and as a baker. He was an avid sportsman, and enjoyed horseback riding. He is survived by his wife of Springville, and two sons, Dennis M. Pickering and Tony V. Pickering, of Springville, two brothers and one sister. Wayne Lucky Pickering and Farron Pickering of Payson, Mrs. Frank (Coleen) Morgan of Orem. 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
