Mr. Rayburn. had made his home in Springville for a number of years. He was born June 13, 1909 in Los Angeles, Calif., to Charles and Clara Swenson Rayburn. He married Hazel Jamison in 1931. She died March 29, 1974. Mr. Rayburn was a graduate of the Manual Arts High School in Los Angeles and for over 30 years was employed by the Highland Dairy as office manager in the firm's Las Vegas office. He was a member of the LDS Church. Surviving Mr. Rayburn are four sons and three daughters: Robert R. and Mrs'. Janet L. Rowe, both of Las Vegas, Lawrence A. of Springville, Charles A. of Stapleton, Neb., Kenneth D.. serving an LDS mission in Louisville, Ky., Mrs. Gail Jean Kendall of Provo and Mrs. Kathleen D. Groneman of Salt Lake City; 14 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. in-the in-the Wheeler Mortuary in Springville. Frandsen, 71, dies June 25 following illness Marjorie McArthur Frandsen, 71, of Springville, died Friday, June 25, 1976 at the Utah Valley Hospital following an illness. She was born Feb. 8, 1905 in ML Pleasant, the daughter of Ernest and Christina Christensen McArthur. She married G. Paul Frandsen on Aug. 3, 1922. He died in 1968. Mrs. Frandsen was a member of the LDS church and had taught in the Primary. She was a member and past president of the American Legion Auxiliary of Springville. She also worked as a retail clerk in Springville. Survivors include one son, Donald P. Frandsen, Daleville, Ala.; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Perry McArthur and Evan McArthur, both of ML Pleasant Funeral services . were Monday in the Wheeler Mortuary Mor-tuary Chapel, Springville. Bishop Norman Clyde of the Springville Fifth Ward officiated. of-ficiated. Burial was in Springville City Cemetery.
