Show Dental Society Auxiliary Stages Annual Open Session Women of the Provo District Dental Society auxiliary held open session this week at a local cafe. Mrs. W. D. Tuel-ler, Tuel-ler, president, welcomed guests and members, and introduced introduc-ed Mrs. Rulon Johnson, chairman of the event. Mrs. Johnson presented Dr. William Sorenson of Spanish Span-ish Fork as musical entertainer for the session. He played two .violin solos, with Mrs. Ralph Britsch as accompanist. Mrs. Ariel Ballif gave a review of the book "Cry the Be- lovea country," oy Alien rurn. Committee members assisting Mrs. Johnson were Mrs. Sanford Bingham, Mrs. J. G. Jones and Mrs. Allen G. Exchange letters from cjub women wo-men in foreign countries were read at the meeting of Fine Arts club held Thursday afternoon in the home of Mrs. Grant Ekins. Mrs. Ellis Peeler, . president, was in charge of the business meeting, and announced the spring conventions planned by Federated Women's clubs. She also al-so read an invitation extended to the group to attend a tea at the Springville art gallery Saturday. An announcement was made of the White Key fashion show and tea to be held Saturday at BYU. Mrs. Raymond Gillfgan, a guest from Orem Women's club, read several letters she has received from women in various foreign countries as part of the plan sponsored by Federated Women's clubs to promote international fcood will. Fine Arts members who read letters received through the project were Mrs. Gregory Austin, Mrs. Frank Mullett, Mrs. Frank J. Earl, Mrs. A. C. Hatch and Mrs. Leland B. Sheets. Spanish musical numbers were furnished by Sterling ahd Richard Rich-ard Stott. Easter was the theme carried out in decorations, with bouquets of lilies gracing entertaining rooms. Bach, Utah county nutrition nu-trition chairman of the American Red Cross, and Emily Buchard, San Francisco, nutrition field director di-rector of the Red Cross. The occasion was the wedding of a niece of Mrs. Wignal, Wig-nal, Beatrice Sproul, Washington, Ut, and Sheldon Johnson, St. George. The couple was married in the LDS temple, and feted at a reception at Washington. Members of the BBP club were entertained recently at the home of Mrs. William Laird. Special guests were Ardie Wahlquist, Provo; Mrs. Hilda Webb, Eureka; Mrs. Sarah Peery, Mrs. Grace Brereton, Payson. Prizes in "800" were won by Mrs. Ferron Betts and Mrs. Bruce Moore. U Members of the First ward eld ers quorum entertained Wednesday Wednes-day night at a banquet and movie at the ward chapel. Tables were attractively decorated with spring flowers and speakers included President George Christensen of Nebo stake and Bert Cheever, stake supervisor of the group.
