The Anglo-American talks with the Chinese delegation are scheduled sche-duled to begin Friday afternoon with an opening ceremonial session ses-sion at which secretary of state Cordell Hull. British chairman Sir Alexander Cadogan and Chinese chairman Wellington Koo will speak. The Chinese and Russians are meeting separately with the Anglo-American delegates because of Russia's neutrality pact with Japan. Despite the fact that the Russian Rus-sian phase of the conference lasted nearly twice as long as anticipated almost six weeks officials were still hopeful that a full United Nation's conference for the final drafting of a world organization plan could be held this fall. American chairman Edward R. Stettlnius, Jr., declined yesterday to estimate the percentage of agreement reached by the Americans, Ameri-cans, British and Russians during dur-ing their six weeks of talks, but hinted that 90 per cent agreement wasn't far off the target. Forest Warfare "There is a possibility that af ter the organizedjresistance of the German state and army is com pletely broken, fierce warfare may be maintained in the forests and mountains of Germany by numbers num-bers of desperate men, conscious of their own guilt and Impending doom," Churchill said. ' He added, however, that he did not consider the declared date of the end of the war must necessarily neces-sarily be postponed tin til the last desperado in Germany is tracked down. He said that daring the five weeks commons has been in re cess the face of the war in Europe has changed completely.
