Women's organization tendered their annual faculty banquet Wednesday evening at the Timpanogos golf clubhouse, v ; Covers were laid for 150 guests at the sumptuous turkey dinner, and a delightful program of music, dancesand hilarious hilari-ous original features rounded out a merry evening. Froi. and 'Mrs. C' J. Hart' were co-chairmen on arrangements. arrange-ments. ' Red candles in crystal holders were surrounded with holly sprays, which were later given to the ladies as favors. Beautiful string musicVwasfur-nished musicVwasfur-nished by Max Butler, lone Jen-y'sen Jen-y'sen and Carol Williams Novelty dances were furnished by students of Miss Margaret Burton, and two beautiful'dueta were sung- by. Miss Mary McGregor and Blaine Johnson, John-son, accompanied by Miss ' Loa Mathews.; - Two stunts followed, in the form of radio . interviews with faculty celebrities, which brought no end of merriment to the jolly crowd. Mrs. Clyde was born in Spring ville, December 13, 1859. . She was married December 16, ; 1878, at Springville, to James F. Clyde, who died July 11, 1919.
