Kavachevich showed In a report submitted today. Water rate receipts for the period total $70, 997.72, while assessments as-sessments amount to $68,225.12, Indicating- the department has collected col-lected $2772.60 over and above 100 per cent billing:. The waterworks delinquent list, which has been rapidly diminlsting during the past few years, now stands at less than $15,000, or approximately two and one-half months billing. itwas re-I'jrted. re-I'jrted.
