In Salt Lake City there are 182 cases, and 52 in the county out side of the city. In the state out- side of Salt Lake county tnere are 232 rases. The committee upheld the subcommittee's sub-committee's .restrictions against sizeable reduction in relief rolls during the winter, prohibiting the WPA administrator from dropping more' than 150,000 persons during February and March.
