BUSINESS MEN PLAN SHOW PLEASANT GROVES Pleasant Grove chamber of commerce .is sponsoring a" musical comedy at the Aihambra theater Thursday and Friday. The production, "Coast to Coast" is being directed by Mary Francis Miller and will feature an all-men cast of 50. Prominent roles will be taken by H. P. Jones. Thomas Fenton, Robert Holdaway. Delbert Fugal, E. R. West. Karl Banks, Lyean Johnson, Ford Paulson, NJels Fugal, Fu-gal, George Paul, Vern Cullimore, J!rank Newman. Besides these there will be a large group of chorus members and dancers. Practically all the business "and professional men are included in the cast. Mrs. Thomas Ashton gave a reading, Mrs. Ekins and Mrs. Tracy Colvin sang a duet accompanied by Mrs. Maybelle Miller and Mrs. P. K. Nielsen gave the lesson on "Indian Women of the West." Mrs. Merle Olsen was hostess to the Sew-Literary club Wednesday afternoon. The time was spent in needlerwork and listening to the story of Lucy Mack Smith, "The Life of Joseph Smith," the prophet. Refreshments were served by the hostess to 17 membra. The Primary officers' and teach ers of the Fourth ward met with Mrs. Edith Larsen Wednesday night. The opening part of the meeting was spent in a discussion of business problems. A preview of the lesson for the coming week was given by the teachers. There were 18 present and refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Morris Creer of Bancroft. Idaho, Jeft for their home Tuesday morning. Mr. Creer came down to attend conference and Mrs. Creer had been visiting her sister, Mrs. Jane Williams who is seriously ill. Honoring Mrs. James Hutchinson, Hutchin-son, the occasion being her birthday birth-day anniversary, Mrs. Blanch Tadd and Mrs. Amelia Gull were joint hostesses at a surprise party Wednesday night, April 13 at the home of Mrs. Hutchinson. Forty-five Forty-five relatives and close -friends were present. The entertaining rooms wre bright with sweetpeas and roses. The time was spent playing a variety of games and dancing. Luncheon was served at midnight. A beautiful birthday cake centered the table. At Tucson Tuc-son they attended the exercises installing in-stalling Dr. Alfred Atkinson, formerly for-merly president of Montana State college, Bozeman, as head of 'the University of Arizona. President Atkinson attended Cornell university, Ithaca, N. Y., when President Harris was there..
