NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City Notice is hereby given that Provo Sand and Gravel Company, Provo, Utah has made Application in accordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 50 sec. ft. of water from Provo river in Utah county, Utah. Said water will be diverted from January 1 to December De-cember 31, inclusive, of each year at a point located S. 720 ft. from the N. E. Cor. of Sec. 2, T. 7 S., R. 2 E., SLB&M. The water will be conveyed thence 1606 ft. through a canal and passed through a water wheel, located on the south bank of Provo river at a point S. 1285 ft. and W. 1493 ft. from the said N. E. Cor. of Sec. 2, and will thus be used to generate 75 H. P. of mechanical energy which will be used to propel a crusher and other machinery incidental inci-dental to the manufacture and processing of sand and gravel. After being so used, the water will be conveyed through a tail-race tail-race a distance of 100 ft. and returned re-turned to Provo river at a point S. 1260 ft. and W. 1573 ft. from said N. E.
