Madagascar Home For Jews Planned PARIS (American Wire) The French government is considering consider-ing a plan whereby a certain number of Jews, particularly Polish Po-lish Jews, may settle in Madagascar, Mada-gascar, according to M. Moutet, minister of colonies. Moutet said the emigrants must be fitted for agriculture and must have some capital. He said they must not except financial aid from France.
