Telluride ' "Pep" waa slated to meet Bob Bullock's at -7 p. m,, but the game was postponed because be-cause several Telluride players went to Salt Lake City to play with Nephi Cafe in the -A. A. U. tourney. The Taylor Brothera vs. Fir-mage's Fir-mage's game was also postponed, which accounted for Leven's-Junior Leven's-Junior chamber game Monday instead in-stead of Thursday. Climax Season Leven's victory over J. C. was a fitting climax to a successful season. Junior chamber, playing its best ball of the campaign was no match for the balanced attack of the Storemen. Leven's clever floor maneuvering gave it the ball from tip-off most of the time, and the red-clad players passed the sphere about until they were able to work in for good shots. And when they did shoot, they barged in for follow-up shots which netted timely goals. Willie Stephens, lanky forward, was especially effective under the basket. Cleon Menlove played a hustling game at center, and elusive John Lewis again carried away high-point honors with 14 tallies. The Leven's guards, Marion Olsen and Webster Decker, Dec-ker, formed a rangy barrier in front of the Junior chamber goal which players of the latter team had trouble fathoming. Decker and Olsen, besides taking care of their defensive activities, charged down the floor to score 7 and 5 points, respectively. All-church Jack E a stmond, Leven's forward was held in reserve after his gruelling four-day four-day performance in the Mutual tournament last week. Half Score 29-12 Junior chamber stepped into a 6-2 lead as the game opened, but Leven's soon got oriented and started a march that gave it a 16-11 lead at the quarter. In the second period, the Storemen almost al-most white-washed their opponents, op-ponents, the half ending, 28-12. Leven's reserves played most of the last half. In the only Recreation league tilt, Pipe plant had a busy night at the hoop. Twelve Pipe plant players entered the game, with 11 of them breaking into the scoring column. The addition of several B. Y. U. varsity players to its roster gave the winners an abundance of strength at every position. The half score was 27-9. Box Score : CCC RAMBLERS G. T. F. P.
